Q: What is the Satisfaction Guarantee?
A: If you aren't happy, we aren't happy. When you record a song at Deep Productions, we never want anyone to feel stuck with something they don't like. If something in it needs to be adjusted, simply let us know, and we'll ensure the song is edited to your liking. We will gladly turn the adlib up and add a little more reverb if needed.
Q: What's the difference between Analog and Digital mixing and mastering?
A: Analog capabilities provide maximum quality, bigger sound, greater punch, and a louder master. Analog is how all industry releases are mixed.
Q: Do I need mastering if I get mixing?
A: Mastering is a must to play your music on the radio or at the club.
Q: What are stems or trackouts?
A:
Online Mixing
In order to get the best results there are some guidelines to follow. You do not want to send in MP3s for any kind of mixing or mastering unless its your last resort. Send .wav or .aiff. Your engineer owes them to you.
If your goal is to compete with industry records you need to purchase the "stems" from your beat designer. The wave and MP3 from beat makers sound practically the same. The magic is in the "stems". A stem is a individual track of a song like a snare kick or synth.
Next we need the whole session of your song. That means the whole folder that makes up the song. Below is a list of videos that teach you how to do that.
Its commonly known as "consolidating" your files.You will be preparing your files to be imported to any software for mixing. We have Cubase and Protools. Once you have your files consolidated you will want to zip them up with winzip thats already on your computer or use this free software WINRAR by CLICKING HERE

Q: Is there a cancellation policy?

This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment.
The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full upon initiation of the service.

A: Session length depends on your project. A single song typically takes about an hour, while fuller productions and multi-song sessions run longer. Let us know your goals when you book and we'll reserve the right amount of studio time.

A: Yes. Up to 5 guests are welcome at no extra charge. Larger groups can be arranged — just let us know when you book so we can prepare the space.
Q: Do I get the session files?
A: Yes. Every recording session includes a same-day rough mix, and final mixed and mastered songs are delivered in all standard formats (.wav and .mp3), ready for distribution. Full session stems are available on request.
Q: Can you record instruments?
A: Absolutely. Our vocal booth is paired with live instrument capability — guitar, bass, keys, and more. Bring your own instrument or use what's available in the studio.
Q: What do I receive after my music video shoot?
A: You receive a professionally edited, high-resolution final video delivered as broadcast- and streaming-ready files, plus social and vertical edits on request.
Q: What is the typical video turnaround time?
A: Turnaround depends on the scope of the production and is shared when you book. Rush delivery is available on request.
