From pre-production through final cut, everything is produced in-house for broadcast-quality results.

Our kit is built around an ultra-sharp 45-megapixel Canon EOS R5 Mark II full-frame body with a stacked CMOS sensor and 8K RAW capability, paired with flattering lenses like an 85mm f/1.4 portrait prime and a versatile 24-70mm f/2.8 zoom.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance is due upon arrival. Reschedule permitted up to 2x only if at least 72 hours before session. Deposit is non-refundable. No cancellations.

Q: What is the Satisfaction Guarantee?

A: If you aren't happy, we aren't happy. Whether you're recording a song, shooting a video, or booking a photo session at Deep Productions, we never want you to feel stuck with something you don't like. If anything needs adjusting, simply let us know and we'll make it right — from re-editing your song or video to additional photo retouching.

Q: How long is a typical session?

A: Session length depends on your project. A single song typically takes about an hour, while fuller productions and multi-song sessions run longer. Let us know your goals when you book and we'll reserve the right amount of studio time.

Q: Can I bring guests?

A: Yes. Up to 5 guests are welcome at no extra charge. Larger groups can be arranged — just let us know when you book so we can prepare the space.

Q: Is there a cancellation or deposit policy?

A: A deposit may be required to secure certain sessions and dates. This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment.

The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full upon initiation of the service.

Q: Do you shoot on-location and in-studio?

A: Both. We shoot music videos and photography in our Tampa studio or travel to your location — including weddings and events — and can combine both in a single production.

Q: Do you have professional lighting, a green screen, and custom backdrops?

A: Yes. Our full-size green-screen studio features professional lighting, chroma key, and custom backdrops, plus support for custom 3D environments, compositing, fog, and special effects — endless creative looks for both video and photography.

Q: What are your turnaround times?

A: Turnaround depends on the scope of your project or session and is shared when you book. Rush delivery is available on request.

Audio — Recording, Mixing & Mastering

Q: What's the difference between Analog and Digital mixing and mastering?

A: Analog capabilities provide maximum quality, bigger sound, greater punch, and a louder master. Analog is how all industry releases are mixed.

Q: Do I need mastering if I get mixing?

A: Mastering is a must to play your music on the radio or at the club.

Q: What are stems or trackouts?

A: Online Mixing In order to get the best results there are some guidelines to follow. You do not want to send in MP3s for any kind of mixing or mastering unless its your last resort. Send .wav or .aiff. Your engineer owes them to you. If your goal is to compete with industry records you need to purchase the "stems" from your beat designer. The wave and MP3 from beat makers sound practically the same. The magic is in the "stems". A stem is a individual track of a song like a snare kick or synth.

Next we need the whole session of your song. That means the whole folder that makes up the song. Below is a list of videos that teach you how to do that. Its commonly known as "consolidating" your files.You will be preparing your files to be imported to any software for mixing. We have Cubase and Protools. Once you have your files consolidated you will want to zip them up with winzip thats already on your computer or use this free software WINRAR by CLICKING HERE Once its zipped up you can CLICK HERE to email through WETRANSFER.COM Just drag all the files into the window and send to xxxxxx

Q: Do I get the session files?

A: Yes. Every recording session includes a same-day rough mix, and final mixed and mastered songs are delivered in all standard formats (.wav and .mp3), ready for distribution. Full session stems are available on request.

Q: Can you record instruments?

A: Absolutely. Our vocal booth is paired with live instrument capability — guitar, bass, keys, and more. Bring your own instrument or use what's available in the studio.

Q: What do I receive after my music video shoot?

A: You receive a professionally edited, high-resolution final video delivered as broadcast- and streaming-ready files, plus social and vertical edits on request.

Q: How should I prepare for my video shoot?

A: Have your final mixed and mastered song ready, plus a concept or references, wardrobe, and a shot list. Review our pre-session checklist.

Q: Do I need a finished song before shooting a video?
